Its been over a year since I've updated a journal on here, and a lot has gone on since then. Some things have changed, some things havent. So for those of you who care to know, here is my life as of June 2007.

When last we left, I was in college-la-la land. Since then I have atteneded UNT for a semester, decided I didnt like it there, and transferred into UT. Its much better there, and life is good again. However, with college, life being good or bad, comes a lack of free time, therefore a lack of deviantART activity. Lets blame that for my dA hiatus.

I'm a history major now, a decision I came to somewhere between the first and second week of college, but didnt commit to until the 25th or 26th. I'm much happier with this life plan than with previous plans. I will minor in education, and am hoping to minor in Art, though thats a bit easier said than done.

I read a lot now. I read a lot last summer to, but this summer trumps it by a margin large enough to warrant mentioning.

I got a fish. And some new clothes, and a new haircut. And 3 roomates at various educational institutions. One was worth the effort.

Some things havent changed. I am still Amber, though I answer to fewer anime or vampire nicknames. I still like croutons enough to have the name CroutonSevant, and I still am apathetic enough on Savantism to not mind having the name CroutonSevant. I'm still short, though I dont mind as much. I'm still dating the same guy, and I still get excited when I see unicorns. I still have art projects I hope to complete and put up here, and its very likely that in keeping with previous habits, I wont even start on them. But its good to have goals.

I think the biggest change is that I am now completely satisfied with life. But I still manage to find something to complain about. Like I said, some things change, some things dont.
